THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Regional Council No. 11-22 held Wednesday, June 15, 2022 be confirmed.

THAT all memoranda, correspondence and information included in the Agenda and Meeting Cycle Addenda for the Council Meeting held Wednesday, July 13, 2022 and distributed at the meeting be received for information , including: Memorandum from the Commissioner of Finance and Regional Treasurer re: Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for the 2022 Budget and Business Plan from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada Memorandum from the Commissioner of Finance and Regional Treasurer re:

THAT all reports in the agenda for the Council Meeting of Wednesday, July 13, 2022 be introduced for consideration.

THAT Report No. SS-17-22 - Improving Acquisition and Distribution in Halton’s Food Security Sector be approved as presented.

THAT all reports in the Planning and Public Works Consent and Regular portion s of the agenda be adopted as presented .

THAT Report No. FN-14-22 be amended to be received for information.

THAT all reports in the Administration and Finance Consent and Regular portion s of the agenda be adopted as presented , except: FN-14-22 - Optional Small Business Property Tax Subclass AS AMENDED in Halton Region

THAT By-law No. 43-22 be now READ, PASSED, SIGNED by the Regional Chair and Clerk, the Corporate Seal affixed thereto and numbered as follows: By-Law No. 43-22 - A by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council Meeting held Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

THAT Council does now adjourn to meet again on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. or at the call of the Regional Chair.

THAT all remaining reports in the Health and Social Services Consent and Regular portion s of the agenda be adopted as presented

THAT all reports in the Confidential portion of the agenda be adopted as presented
