THAT the following By-laws be now READ, PASSED, SIGNED by the Regional Chair and Clerk, the Corporate Seal affixed thereto and numbered as follows: By-law No. 1-20 – A by-law to Permanently Close a portion of the original road allowance forming Part of Regional Road No. 5 (Dundas Street), in the Town of Oakville, in the Regional Municipality of Halton. Reference: Report LPS04-20, Regional Council January 15, 2020. By-law No. 2-20 – A by-law to provide fo r the making of an Application for Approval to Expropriate all right, title and interest (fee simple), limited interests in perpetuity (permanent easement) and a limited temporary interest (temporary easement) in the Town of Oakville, in the Regional Munic ipality of Halton, as more particularly described in Schedule “A” to this by-law.
