THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Regional Council No. 07-18 held Wednesday, July 11, 2018 be confirmed.

THAT all correspondence and information included in the Agenda for the Council Meeting held Wednesday, November 21, 2018 and distributed at the meeting be received for information , includi ng: ▪ Memorandum from the Commissioner and Medical Officer of Health re: Household Food Affordability - 2018 Results

THAT Council go into Committee of the Whole to consider the following Reports and Recommendations contained therein: All Reports in the Health and Social Services portion of the agenda All Reports in the Planning and Public Works portion of the agenda All Reports in the Administration and Finance portion of the agenda Joint Council Workshop Report No. 03-18 Joint Council Workshop Report No. 04-18

THAT this Committee of the Whole rise, resolve back into Council and report.

THAT the Report of the Committee of the Whole recommending the following Reports and Recommendation s contained therein be and the same is hereby adopted: All Reports in the Health and Social Services portion AS PRESENTED of the agenda All Reports in the Planning and Public Works portion AS PRESENTED of the agenda All Reports in the Administration and Finance portion AS PRESENTED of the agenda Joint Council Workshop Report No. 03-18 AS PRESENTED Joint Council Workshop Report No. 04-18 AS PRESENTED

THAT By-law No. 45-18, as printed in the agenda, being a by-law to amend By-law No. 73-13, a by-law to govern the calling, place and proceedings of Council and its Committees and the conduct of its Members, be amended to change the date of coming into effect to December 1, 2018.

THAT the following By-laws be now READ, PASSED, SIGNED by the Regional Chair and Clerk, the Corporate Seal affixed thereto and numbered as follows: By-law 44 -18 - A by-law to authorize the execution of documents. By-law No. 45-18 – A by-law to amend By-law No. 73-13, being a by-law to govern the calling, place and proceedings of Council and its Committees and the conduct of its Members. Reference: Report LPS87-18, Regional Council November 21, 2018. (As amended)

THAT By-law No. 4 6 -18 be now READ, PASSED, SIGNED by the Regional Chair and Clerk, the Corporate Seal affixed thereto and numbered as follows: By-Law No. 4 6 -18 - A by-law to confirm the proceedings of this Council Meeting held Wednesday , November 21, 2018.

THAT Council does now adjourn to meet again at its Inaugural Meeting on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. or at the call of the Regional Chair.
